To help everyone understand Sonepar’s expectations, we have issued our Code of Conduct, which complements all existing policies and guidelines within the Group. We want all our stakeholders — associates, customers, suppliers, and third parties — to know and understand Sonepar’s compliance goals and approach. Our mission is to ensure ongoing communication, making sure our associates feel comfortable reporting any situation they believe is not aligned with our Code of Conduct.”
Sonepar publishes its Global Code of Conduct, in line with current Group practices.

Today, in a world where compliance is becoming increasingly essential, the Group is launching a significant pro-compliance and anti-corruption program to underscore the importance of fighting such wrongdoings and to help everyone prevent, detect, and stop any non-compliant action.”
Sonepar encourages all individuals — whether employed by a Sonepar company or not — to report, selflessly and in good faith, any serious and obvious violation of law or regulation, or any threat or serious harm to business integrity, such as acts of corruption or influence peddling, as well as any behavior or situation that violates the Group’s Code of Conduct, that comes to their attention.
Sonepar promotes a strong culture of compliance throughout its business. This commitment is reflected in the Sonepar Code of Conduct and the Supplier Code of Conduct. Our reporting system provides Sonepar associates and business partners with a dedicated resource to report actual or potential violations of our Code of Conduct, as well as cases of fraud, theft, corruption, legal violations, or threats to Sonepar’s business integrity.
