You only need your customer number (or company name) and an email address you have access to.

Is there an extra charge for placing my order through the digital channels?

No, we honor the same discount policy you already have with us, even on digital orders.

Do the prices include the Sales and Use Tax (IVU)?

No, the price shown does not include the Sales and Use Tax (IVU).

Will I lose access to my direct sales representative if I use the virtual platform?

No, your sales representative will continue to provide you with service, and they are the ones notified when you complete a digital order.

How do I finish my order?

At the top right, you will find the shopping cart with everything you have selected.

There, you can remove items or change the quantities of the chosen products.

Once you have completed your product selection, click the ‘Next’ button where you will confirm your shipping address and the desired delivery date for your products.

Finally, select ‘Submit Order'.

What are your available delivery methods?

"The delivery methods 'Pick up at Branch' and 'Home Delivery (Coverage in Branch Area)' will be available within 3 to 5 business days. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready at the branch or en route for delivery.

For the 'Home Delivery' shipping method, the delivery time will be informed once it is confirmed with the courier service."
