CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, the return process is simple.  You must visit the Warren del Caribe store where your order was picked up to coordinate the corresponding exchange or credit and initiate the return process.

It is important to present the required documentation (purchase receipt and merchandise) within the timeframe established.

If an order is placed through our website, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used. This process may take between 5 to 10 business days.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Special orders for materials not part of regular inventory cannot be canceled or returned unless authorized by the manufacturer.

• Wire Cut Orders cannot be canceled or returned.

• All returns of regular inventory items must be made within a period of up to 30 days from delivery and must be in optimal condition. 

• Electronic products must be returned sealed in their original factory packaging.
